We can write the following using JSX:

return <div> Hello {this.props.name} </div>;

Then using Babel we can convert it to code that uses React.createElement () for JavaScript to interpret.

We can say briefly that JSX is a form of HTML that you can write directly within the JavaScript code and that needs an additional step is to convert, and the conversion process is done using Babel to ECMAScript 5 code in order for browsers to run. In other words, Babel will convert the JSX code into calls to the React.createElement () function.
